Yes. I'm done with those freaking apps!! I'm so annoyed that the Why Penn essay took so long to do. I could've been finished three days ago. Now all I have to worry about are the Financial Aid forms for all my schools and two Mid-Year Reports. Joy.
Lots of projects to do. I've started on that Computer whatsit, since it's by far the easiest. I'm going to do my Math homework tonight. God, I can't believe I've become so diligent. It's like I'm in Prep B or something! However, I'm not at all looking forward to starting the Teenstar project. It disgusts me. I will be giving my parents a questionnaire and have my sister type it for me. Ha.
Anyway, I had lots of fun at Clark. We stayed overnight at a villa in Mimosa Leisure Estate with my cousin's family. Nice place. I'd definitely want to go back there. The ACs too cold, though. I was tossing and turning last night so I could find a comfy position because my feet were freezing. Anyway, I had loads of money, there were loads of sales, but I went home with nothing. Sad. I need to buy stuff. I think I'll have my iPod G-masked so that's something to look forward to.
In other news, I'm now addicted to Texas Hold 'Em, although I still suck most of the time.
It's Christmas!
Shit. It's Christmas Day and I'm still not done with my apps. Well, one of them anyway. I'm done with the rest, praise the Lord! Grr... I know I've paid for that one app already...and I still have until January 1 to finish the thing... but I just want it done!! I still have tons of projects to do. I just need one short answer (300 character limit), one essay (1 page limit) and one optional picture! Can I do that today?? Hmm...
The short answer's driving me nuts: Name a Penn professor with whom you would like to study or conduct research and explain why. Woo-hoo! Exciting stuff! Help me, please. The essay's sort of easier but I don't think I can do a whole page on the topic. Shrug.
Whatever. I'll do them today. Oh, wait. Have I blogged about my average-yet-lovely SAT II scores? Nothing below a 600!! I'm so proud! They're so average though that they'd probably stain my lovelier SAT Reasoning Test score. :P

Grr... I have so much stuff to do this break! I can't even find the energy to start my essays for those freakin college apps. I've already asked my dad to mail my counselor forms/ transcripts/recommendations... even though I haven't even finished my apps online. Ya-hoo! Whatever. I promise to be done by Christmas. Then after that, I will start with school projects!! Yey!!

Intrams was fun. I know it could have gone better... and I definitely had a lot of regrets... but there were some good times. There were times when I felt like shouting at everyone (maybe I really did)... and I wish I could have changed a couple of things... but there'll still be those good memories. It's really sad that it's my last.
Proudest moment: Championship game (Game 2), I played third base and I caught Karen's foul fly. You should have seen my catch... even I was astounded at myself 'cause it was sort of heading towards the people who were sitting with the third base umpires... and I really didn't want to collide into them. But that was a no brainer. There are harder balls I can catch during training. Hehe. (Kapal!) All that outfield stuff really paid off.
Now I really despise pitching because of Intrams... but being team captain was really fun. All that self-batting made my back hurt a couple of times... but at least my self-bats can reach outfield. Parang coach lang a.
Other stuff...last Sunday we had our game against Assumption Antipolo. Ha! Regulation game! And they had the nerve to call us bano. Right, right. Regulation game means the other team is so tambak that they won't have a chance to catch up anymore, so the game stops. It actually stopped while I was up at bat. The umpire was like "Ok, ten-run rule." and I was like, "Ok, sige... di man lang ako tinapos." Hehe. Pero naka-hit ako...and it was the first time I played fielder in the league (CF ako...puro DH kasi). I caught the first out. Woo-hoo! I'm so proud of myself. And again, expert na ako sa sliding!! Score: 15-5.
Okay, dahil di kami panalo sa Intrams...I'm striving for something better! Tot champion!!

So yes...it's Christmas break and I still have a couple things to do concerning college apps stuff. Hassle... Ayayay. SAT II scores tonight.
Our IP Defense was moved to Thursday. Awesome. Not. I would rather have had it today. I slept late last night just for that project and now I have to wait until Thursday. Great. I really wanted it to be over. But whatever. At least I could still edit ours a bit.
So...whole day Intrams practice tomorrow. A whole day of softball. Fun! Right. I'll probably have my teammates play for like two hours, then we'll have nap time the rest of the day. Ya-hoo! But yeah, we need a bit more practice. So...whatever. And the fun never stops!! We have training right after! Two more hours of softball! Hah. So really, I have to conserve a lot of my energy. :P
I'm excited for Intrams. :D I just wish my skin color didn't get so dark...and uneven.

I just got back from our game today against De La Salle Zobel. Yeah!! We won!! Naka naman!! It was a good game. We won 20-5. Coach Bong even said na mas masaya daw siya kung 20-0. Haha. Nice one. The 5 runs they scored were from the first inning, so that's understandable. Di pa kami "mainit" as Karen puts it.
Shit. I can't bat well anymore. A few months ago I was really good, now I don't know what's happening to me. Sana ipag-bunt na lang ako forever because it's very enjoyable...and at least that I can do nicely. Whatever. I will work on it.
Also, expert na ako sa slide at fade-away. Kahit di kailangan mag-slide, nags-slide pa rin ako. Dahil adik ako.
