Superman Returns
I am never going to watch any movie on the Saturday of its release ever again. It's actually more bearable to watch it on the first day of its release than on the weekend after. There are less annoying people...and less annoying children.
I couldn't enjoy the movie because the theater was so noisy, we were seated at the fourth row, and the theater wasn't surround sound. During, the first third of the movie, when there was any talking, I couldn't understand a thing. I didn't understand what Jor-El said...I didn't understand what Martha Kent was saying to Clark. I was so annoyed.
I'm going to watch the movie again in a few weeks' time so I can do the movie justice...'cause it's a real good film. But when your seatmates are repeating "Ang hot" or "Ang gwapo" over and over, it's bound to get annoying. And you sort of think, "Maybe I should've watched this movie alone."
I should say that Brandon Routh is good. Kevin Spacey as Lex was you know...fine. But I didn't like Kate Bosworth as Lois. It wasn't a good match. James Marsden's character was cool. And Lex's sidekick, played by Parker Posey, is too much in the film.
Also, dang Poj...you think the guys in front of us were funny? There were soooo annoying. At wala kang taste kung di mo gusto yung Superman!!

I watched Andre Agassi's last match on Wimbledon. He will, of course, be retiring after the U.S. Open. He played against Nadal, and he lost on straight sets, but he fought to the end. It was a good match...and afterwards, I was clapping with the rest of the audience.
And really, I don't know what to say. I'm disappointed. Andy Roddick lost to Andy Murray in the third round. It sucks. And England lost in the World Cup. Boo.
Oh, wait a minute. I just saw the scoreboard. It looks like Dmitry Tursunov has defeated World No.4 Ivan Ljubicic in five sets. Woah. I didn't expect that one. I saw him play once and he looks like an albino. Heehee.
But Andy...why?
